Second Chance Ranch
We have a peaceful 12 acre ranch at the base of the Catalina Mountains in suburban Tucson, AZ. We provide separate 1000 square foot furnished guesthouse with attached storage room, workshop, washer/dryer, and all utilities including cable tv and internet. Work averages 15-20 hours a week for the 6 months we are here and involves taking care of two gentle trail horses, a sweet barn cat and occasional help caring for three gentle greyhounds. Also includes taking care of pool, landscaping, equipment, and cleaning house (when we are at home). For 6 months we and our horses and dogs leave for summer home, and work is much less, plus you have use of beautiful pool. You would be free to have some part-time paid work or work from home. Ideal for retired couple. We are flexible about time off for vacations and you have one day a week off with no duties for that day.
