Seeking couple to live on ranch full-time. Ranch is a recreational family-owned property not a business. We provide housing – house with 2 bedrooms, separate from family house, utilities included.
Spanish-speaking preferred.
Must be legal resident, US citizen or have valid work permit.
Ranch Duties:
- Daily feeding of horses and other animals of the farm (chickens and goats)
- Basic horse care. Horse riding/training skills are a a plus
- Manure management
- Maintenance of pastures and landscaping
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including a small tractor, ATV, etc
- Building and repairing of fences
- General handyman and building tasks for needed repairs including plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical.
Family house chores:
- General cleaning of the house once a week
- Occasional assistance with guests as needed
- Wife can work outside
