A unique opportunity for a ranching couple in the Los Osos, CA area. This small but premier boarding facility includes a custom built barn with 17 stalls, hay barn, riding arena and turn out areas. The location is next to a CA State Park and the trail system to the beach can be accessed right from the barn!
We are seeking a couple who can manage all aspects of the boarding facility including annual feed purchases, daily stall cleaning, general repairs and maintenance, care of feeding of horses, and daily turn out schedule. This opportunity is in exchange for a 1,200 SF 3 BR/2 BA home located above the barn.
This is a M-F position and ideally suited for the couple where one is a trainer and the other can manage the facility. Or where one of the couple works unrelated to the ranch.
