Bella Costa Ranch
We are looking for a live-in, part-time horse caretaker for a small ranch in Salinas, California.
This is a work exchange for a beautiful place to live and an opportunity to do good for others. You would be responsible for feeding our seven horses morning and night and help with repairs around the ranch as needed.
The exchange is for 20 hours of work a week and any time beyond this is paid hourly. We are open to retired horse whispers or anyone with horse experience.
We have kept our seven best horses to start up a local therapy program for those going through a loss or difficult time.
We are not doing this for profit as we just want to give back to our local community.
$16- $18 hour paid for work beyond exchange.
