- Feeding Horses mornings and evenings
- Riding a different horse everyday to keep them exercised
- Keep shop and tack room clean and orderly
- Cleaning tack and saddles as needed
- Keep equipment and tires cleaned and maintained
- Mowing pastures in the summertime
- Spray for weed control and prevention
- Keep porches swept and clean
- Take trash to transfer station once a week
- Keep parking barn swept and clean
- Keep hay barn clean
- Clean horse pens and stalls
- Keep driveways clear of pinecones, pine needles and shrub debris
- Good health in order to carry out duties above
- Current drivers license
- Ability to hook up gooseneck and bumper trailers
- Ability to drive and back up trailers
- Experience in trail riding and care of horses
- Ability to fix fencing
- Ability to drive a tractor, 4 wheelers, and yard maintenance equipment
- Mechanically competent to operate and maintain yard equipment
- Must submit to a background check
