Responsibilities include:
Monitor small drip irrigation system, make repairs as necessary, tend chickens, and vegetable gardens. Pasture mowing with tractor, lawn mowing with zero turn, help owner with fence repairs, road repairs, building new sheds, installing new water piping, or new electrical circuits, minor earthmoving with bulldozer and other tractor earthmovers, seasonal fruit tree pruning, and emails to owner as any problem arises. This is almost like living off-grid, except you will have electric and water, and good schools, if you have children, within 10 miles, and Walmart 30 minutes away.
Your benefits: Free rent, water, and electric, plus $12 per hour when working with owner on weekends, and opportunity to earn title to your own 4 acres after 5 years of continuous living on ranch. Many more details will come via email, after your reply, complete with pictures.
