DRH Ranch
Lodge Manager Duties:
- Hosting and Cooking for guests
- Maintance and Cleanliness of lodge and bunkhouse
- Cleaning of unoccupied homes and buildings
- Planning of meals
- Ordering food and supplies
- Resolve issues for guests
- Managing lodge assistants
Skills Needed: Ability to work well with others, Leadership, cleanliness, being on time, organization, and following directions.
Ranch Hand Duties include but not limited to:
- Checking and maintaining water (wells, tanks, pipelines, and troughs)
- Water Improvements
- Keeping salt and mineral out
- Checking Cattle (Prowling, Doctoring, ETC,)
- Fence maintenance
- Feeding and Checking Horses
- Filling and keeping up with deer feeders
- Keeping Pickups and Trailers Clean
- Cleaning of game
- Brush clearing and control
- Help with farm operation when needed
- Assisting Hunters and guest riders
- Equipment and vehicle maintenance
- Riding company horses
This is a full-time permanent position that offers Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k, two weeks paid vacation after one year, and a modern 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home with electricity, water, phone and internet provided.
Must pass a back-ground check and Drug Testing. Must have current drivers license. Must be able to communicate through written English and email. Being able to speak Spanish is a plus but not required. No indoor pets and only two dogs or cats. We work long hours 6 days a week. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and doesn’t cut corners.
