We are a family operation raising cow/calf pairs as well as dryland wheat, barley, lentils, and alfalfa. We are seeking a long-term employee for farm and ranch work including:

Cattle: Feeding, Doctoring, Pasture evaluation and rotation, Calving
Fencing in extremely rough terrain
Haying: swathing, raking, baling, and moving bales
Driving semi truck on the farm during harvest and to the grain elevator throughout the year
Various farming duties depending on skills and experience
Equipment, vehicle, and facilities maintenance

This is a remote, rural location with very limited cell service. It’s nine miles of gravel road to the nearest town, population of 200, with a K-12 school, and basic services. Our pastures and fields are in extremely isolated areas with steep terrain, so applicants should be prepared for tough physical conditions. We only hire one employee outside the family.

Housing and utilities are provided. We pay a fair wage that is dependent on level of experience. We are not able to sponsor foreign workers at this time.
