A progressive, family-owned Wyoming ranch with over 100 years of history is looking for a dedicated, long-term team member who wants to be part of something bigger than a job.
We’re interested in more a “cow guy” than “cowboy” – ATVs only – someone who understands animal behavior, takes pride in low-stress handling, and genuinely cares about the land they work. If you’re the kind of person who sees something broken and fixes it without being asked, you’ll fit right in here.
What You’ll Do:
- Cattle health and low-stress handling
- Calving, tagging, pairing out
- Rotational and regenerative grazing management
- Irrigating and haying
- Fencing and ranch infrastructure upkeep
- Equipment operation and basic maintenance
- General ranch duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Real cattle experience and a feel for animal behavior
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Appreciation for regenerative land practices
- Someone looking to put down roots, not just pass through
A Few Important Details:
- ATV operation only – no horses
- Housing and utilities included
