We are looking for Manager Foreman or Couple Position.
Experience:
Management of private and corporate ranches from 80 head to 1,000+ Head. From 300 acres to 65,000 experience with cow-calf/yearlings/seedstock/commercial and registered herds. As well as equine management to include breeding foaling and training. We have experience with hunting to include guiding hunts, cooking for hunters and lodge management. Also experience with special events venue management (weddings, parties, rodeos) and rental cabins.
Skills:
~ Ranch/Farm/Hunting/Equine Management to include herd management, herd health, husbandry skills, record keeping and marketing
~ Gathering, sorting, penning, shipping and receiving, doctoring, feeding, calving, weaning, culling, running and maintaining most ranch and farm equipment, grounds keeping, structure and property maintenance and up keep, Horse herd health, breeding and foaling, training and marketing, managing of vendors and venues, managing of hands and other employees, cooking for large groups, records, budgets, reports, construction repairs and build, some electrical and plumbing experience, limited welding, some hay and farm experience. Ability to communicate in Spanish if needed.
