The Meadows on Rock Creek is seeking hardworking, hospitality-minded individuals to join our team for the 2026 season. This opportunity is perfect for a team of individuals who enjoy working together, mountain living, and take pride in providing exceptional service.

About The Opportunity

We are hiring one full-time Maintenance Technician and one full-time Housekeeper to help us maintain our luxury guest ranch, care for our lodge, cabin accommodations, event venue, and support our hospitality team.

Both roles are hands-on and dynamic—perfect for self-motivated individuals who enjoy collaborating with others and thrive in a hands-on, team environment to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Maintenance Technician — Responsibilities

  • Perform general property maintenance, troubleshoot maintenance issues that arise, perform repairs, and upkeep of property, buildings, cabins, and equipment
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and unexpected issues
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance where applicable for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems
  • Operate ranch vehicles and equipment such as UTVs, tractors, mowers, and various tools to perform duties as needed
  • Complete all groundskeeping tasks, including but not limited to landscaping, irrigation, mowing, snow removal, trail upkeep
  • Assist with event setup, moving furniture, and occasional light construction projects
  • Support guest activities and other hospitality operations as needed

Housekeeper — Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean guest cabins, lodge spaces, and common areas by performing tasks including, but not limited to, dusting surfaces, vacuuming/mopping floors, and disinfecting high touch areas
  • Change dirty sheets and towels in guest cabins, ensuring beds are meticulously made and clean towels are re-hung and/or stored in a neat and tidy manner
  • Replenish toiletries, coffee/tea supplies, and all other cabin amenities
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from cabins and common areas
  • Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and towels as needed
  • Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, respect “Do Not Disturb” signs, and maintain confidentiality
  • Notify supervisors of broken appliances, damages, or maintenance needs; log and turn in all lost & found items
  • Monitor and report on supplies needed for cabins
  • Support guest activities and other hospitality operations as needed

Shared / Additional Duties

Both team members will also be expected to perform the following duties on an as needed basis:

  • Assist the kitchen team during meal service (plating, bussing, dishes, etc.)
  • Assist guides during guest activities
  • Assist with events, weddings, or special programs
  • Ranch-wide projects and property resets

Ideal Candidates

  • A team of individuals seeking seasonal work with the possibility of becoming full-time employees based on performance
  • Hospitality or ranch experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working a dynamic setting where priorities can shift
  • Ability to work up to 10+ hour days to support ranch operations as needed
  • Dedicated, team-oriented and collaborative working style
  • A self-starter attitude who takes pride in maintaining high standards
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs and confidently perform physical tasks
  • Enjoys mountain living and outdoor pursuits

  • On-site housing may be available dependent upon availability as well as candidate and guest ranch needs.
