Assistant Maintenance Manager

Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Pay Range: $18-$20 /hr

General Responsibilities:

The assistant maintenance manager is responsible to show hospitality to guests that goes above and beyond. They are responsible for the upkeep of grounds, buildings, and vehicles belonging to the Bar W Guest Ranch. This individual also assists the Maintenance Manager in leading, managing, and holding the maintenance staff accountable to tasks and responsibilities.

The Bar W prioritizes safety so operating and acting with safety as a priority is crucial.

Responsibilities Include:

• Report to the maintenance manager any issues related to the maintenance department
• Help keep maintenance staff on task
• When Maintenance Manager is off property, organize, plan, and lead all ongoing property maintenance.
• Help keep shop organized and clean
• Prioritize all repair needs.
• Help assist in teaching and enforcing maintenance SOP’s and safety guidelines
• Help with keeping accurate records of completed work, inventory, and routine maintenance
• Other duties as assigned.

General Maintenance Staff

Reports To: ​Maintenance Manager/Assistant Maintenance Manager
Pay Range: $14-$16 /hr

General Responsibilities:

All maintenance staff will prioritize showing hospitality that goes above and beyond for our guests. Each staff member is responsible for helping in the upkeep and maintenance of grounds, buildings, and vehicles belonging to the Bar W Guest Ranch.

The Bar W prioritizes safety so operating and acting with safety as a first priority is crucial.

Maintenance Duties:

● Helping with both preventative maintenance and current repairs for grounds, buildings, vehicles, trailers, and more.
● Prioritize safety of others and self while working
● Help spot, identify, and fix maintenance related issues
● Communicate maintenance needs, issues, and questions to the maintenance manager or assistant maintenance manager
● Clean up areas and things serviced and return all tools, gear, and inventory to proper place in shop
● Help keep the shop clean and organized
● Other duties as assigned
