Skills and qualifications:
5+ years of successful ranch management experience
Make and follow a business plan and budgets
Communicate professionally with guests and ranch owners
Operate and maintain farm and road maintenance machinery
Supervise deer leases, trail ride concession, wedding concession
Maintenance of stock tanks, water pumps and irrigation lines
Work with livestock
Bilingual English/Spanish
Bookkeeping
Contract compliance
