We are looking for a full time meat cutter at our ranch. We are looking for someone to start ASAP. We are a small specialty meat shop that cuts elk, buffalo and beef from our ranch along with wild game. We also operate a retail shop that sells processed and smoked meat locally.
All applicants:
- Are expected to have prior experience with meat cutting. We are in the middle of our season and do not have time to train at this time.
- Are required to have a professional appearance
- Need to be able to speak and write English
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs
Duties include but are not limited to:
- All meat cutting including Ranch Elk, Buffalo, Beef and wild game.
- Slaughtering
- Some miscellaneous ranch work.
