About the Club:
We are a private hunting and fishing Club located on 750 acres near Dallas/Fort Worth with 50 members. The Club features a private sporting clay course, rifle and pistol range, 140 acre fishing lake, extensive duck habitat and hunting blinds, and a tower for European-style pheasant shoots. Our mission is to provide an exceptional outdoor and hospitality experience to our members and their guests every time they visit.
Position Summary:
The Member Experience & Hospitality Coordinator is the face of the Club, serving as a primary hands-on activities’ liaison between the Club and its members. This role ensures that every member feels personally valued and prioritized while balancing the needs of all. The ideal candidate will be service and hospitality-driven, friendly, and outdoor-savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, personalized service to members and guests
- Ensure member satisfaction through a service-first, solutions-oriented approach
- Support Club activities including sporting clays and shooting activities, fishing, duck hunts, pheasant shoots and Club events
- Be available and fully engaged during weekend operations
- Ensure the sporting clays course and all aspects therein are well-maintained; basic knowledge of sporting clay machine repair and maintenance is a plus
- Support members with fishing and boating activities
- Help with day-of logistics for shoots, hunts, and events
- Maintain clean and welcoming Club facilities and equipment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or member services preferred
- General knowledge of outdoor activities, including shooting sports, hunting, fishing, and boating
- Comfortable and experienced around firearms and firearm safety
- Outgoing, personable, and able to connect easily with a broad spectrum of personalities
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a “servant’s heart”
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering great member experience
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Hunting or fishing guide and/or dog handling experience is a plus
- Sporting Clays knowledge is a plus
- Sporting clay machine maintenance and repair experience is a plus plus
- Sporting clays instructor certification is a plus plus plus
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
