Kelly, WY Guest Ranch is looking for an Office Assistant to support our GM and staff for the 2025 guest season.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones and guest questions/requests, guest reservations/services, heavy bookkeeping, store inventory, USFS correspondence, permit renewals, staff payroll, etc. This role requires a resourceful and self-motivated individual with very strong emotional intelligence. Room/Board included, salary DOE.
Candidates must be able to thrive in an upbeat, busy, and very close-knit environment; we are set in a remote location in the mountains. We are a family-owned and operated guest ranch and private event venue that has been in operation for over 50 years. We are situated ~15 miles from Kelly, WY, and ~20 miles from Jackson Hole surrounded by beautiful wilderness and national forest.
