Eagle Ridge Ranch
Eagle Ride Ranch in the Texas Hill Country is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented person to help keep our lodge clean, organized, and guest-ready. Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, light organization, grocery and supply coordination, and communicating with the ranch manager and owners. Part-time (10–20 hrs/week), flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lodge, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies
- Wash, fold, and organize laundry and bedding
- Deep clean on a regular schedule (dusting, mopping, window cleaning, etc.)
- Coordinate grocery and supply stocking for the lodge kitchen and pantry
- Keep storage areas tidy and well-labeled
- Communicate regularly with the ranch manager and owners regarding scheduling, guest needs, supplies, and maintenance issues
- Report needed repairs or additional supplies promptly to management
- Assist occasionally with light outdoor tasks or errands related to guest readiness
- Ensure a welcoming, well-kept environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean space
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to the ranch
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical work as needed
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 10 – 20 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible depending on ranch activities and guest stays. Some weekend availability may be needed.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
