Presidio Riding Club
Part time help needed with place to park a small Rv or trailer up to 30ft. (Must be self contained, no sewer hook up available, outdoor hot shower and indoor bathroom available for use, WiFi and electrical included).
We are a small co-op leasing from the GGNRA and share a space with the Park Patrol horses (cared for by volunteers and park rangers).
This is a part time job, 5 days a week, morning shift with flexible start time between (5am-7am) and evening turn in between 5-6pm.
Total time required 4-5 hours. Approx 4-4.5hrs for am portion and 30 min for evening turn in.
Job duties include: feeding, graining, stall and paddock cleaning, turning out, blanketing during rainy season, cleaning stall & paddock waters cleaning, evening turn ins.
We are located 1 mile from Rodeo/ Cronkite Beach, just over the Golden Gate Bridge, in Sausalito California. Our weather is wonderful all year round, mild summers and winters.
Must be able to move hay bails, push full wheelbarrows of manure to dumpster for unloading, have horse experience and knowledge. This is not a groom or riding position.
We are not an event barn nor do we offer lessons or rentals, we are primarily a trail riding group.
Pay is min $100 – max $130 per day depending on caring for 10 or 13 horses.
