Job Title: Part-Time Ranch Hand / Groundskeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual for a part-time Ranch Hand and Groundskeeper position in the Von Ormy area. This role requires 8 to 12 hours of work per week, making it ideal for anyone looking for flexible, supplemental outdoor work. The primary focus is general property upkeep, lawn maintenance, and miscellaneous ranch chores.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lawn & Land Maintenance: Mowing, weed eating, clearing brush, and maintaining the property’s overall appearance.
• General Maintenance: Assisting with fence repairs, gate maintenance, and basic property upkeep.
• Miscellaneous Chores: Handling outdoor tasks as they arise to keep the ranch running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Von Ormy area.
• Prior experience with lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers) is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Know how to use a tractor and riding lawnmower
• Comfortable with handy man type jobs for small projects
