We run our ranch on two main fronts: agriculture operations and guest management. To keep both running strong, we’re looking for a reliable Ranch Hand who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and fixing fences
- Taking care of animals and keeping them healthy
- Running equipment like tractors, mowers, and skid steers
- Keeping lawns, pastures, and grounds in good shape
- Managing irrigation and water systems
- Cutting, splitting, and milling firewood and lumber
- Keeping pests under control
- Helping with whatever else needs doing to keep the ranch looking sharp and running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a positive attitude who works well on a team
- A hard worker who doesn’t shy away from tough jobs
- Handy with tools and equipment, or willing to learn
- Able to take direction but also work on your own when needed
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right
If you’ve got ranch or farm experience, great. If not, but you’ve got the work ethic and grit, we’re willing to teach the right person.
