We’re a small pasture-raised ranch producing pork, eggs, and flowers. We’re looking for 2–3 reliable people to join a rotating morning chore crew — 2 to 3 shifts per week each, with weekend availability required.

What the job is:

Feeding rounds for pigs, cattle, horses, and chickens, waters, egg collection, working dog and cat feeding, and a basic visual check on all animals. Shift is approximately 3–5 hours. You’ll know exactly what you’re doing, you’ll have clear instructions, and you won’t be micromanaged.

What we’re looking for:

Someone comfortable around livestock who shows up when they say they will. This role sometimes works alongside others and sometimes works independently — you need to be able to self-direct and stay motivated either way. This is a good fit for someone who wants a grounding, physical, screen-free part of their week. It is not a path to full-time employment.

Pigs are strong. Things get muddy. Weather doesn’t cancel chores.

No prior farm experience required, but be honest about your comfort level with large animals.

Compensation: Starting at $16/hour. 45-day performance review with opportunity for a raise based on reliability and performance.

On-site housing available to employees. We have a tiny home unit available to rent on the ranch. All residents must be active employees. If you’re interested in learning more about housing terms and availability, mention it in your application.
