Part-Time (2 days per week) – Ongoing

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Ranch Hand to assist our team with ongoing property upkeep and seasonal projects. This role is hands-on and outdoors, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in the Texas Hill Country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mowing, groundskeeping, and general property upkeep
  • Assisting with ranch improvement and maintenance projects as assigned
  • Supporting the Ranch Manager and existing ranch staff on special projects
  • Operating and caring for ranch equipment responsibly

Requirements

  • Reliable personal transportation to and from the ranch (required)
  • Prior ranch, farm, or property maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to take direction

Additional Notes

  • Reports to the Ranch Manager
  • This is an ongoing position (not seasonal)
  • Applicants with Hill Country familiarity or prior ranch maintenance experience will be prioritized
