Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Ranch Hand to join our team on a ranch in Ojai. This position involves various outdoor manual labor tasks essential to ranch infrastructure maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weedwhacking and vegetation control
  • Operating chainsaws for tree and brush management
  • Mowing and lawn/pasture maintenance
  • Irrigation system repair and maintenance
  • Operating heavy equipment as needed
  • Performing other miscellaneous ranch-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 75+ lbs)
  • Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Experience with mentioned tools and equipment preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Strong work ethic and attention to safety

Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $28 per hour
  • Part-time hours: 7:30am to 4pm, 2-3 days a week, Monday through Friday
