1.Morning feeding-: 10-15 horses-7 days a week
2.Weekend barn chores: turnout horses, clean stalls/pens, put out evening hay/grain, bring horses in.
3.Occasional pet sitting or 1 cat and 1-2 dogs.
About 15 hours Labor per week. Due to early mornings and weekends, a mature person is preferred. Must be a self starter- reliable, observant, have good communication skills and knowledge of horses. Absolutely no smoking.
Preferably no pets, because you will be watching mine. References required. The apartment is perfect for a single person. One bed/bath, kitchen/great room. It is upstairs over the tack room- great views. This is a boarding facility, so people come and go- you must be friendly and helpful. Utilities, wifi and a washer/dryer are included.
