Position Responsibilities
As a Pen Rider, your duties will include:
- Conducting daily pen checks to monitor cattle health and behavior
- Identifying and removing animals requiring veterinary treatment
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure optimal animal welfare
- Acquiring practical knowledge in feedlot operations, record-keeping, and treatments
Candidate Profile
We are seeking applicants who demonstrate the following qualities:
- Motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with both horses and cattle (previous experience is an asset, though not mandatory, as training will be provided)
- Genuine interest in animal care and the agricultural industry
