Gottsch Cattle Company
Juniata Feedyard, Gottsch Cattle is looking for a Pen Rider to monitor and move cattle around a feeding operation.
Most of their daily duties are completed on horseback. Utilizing horses, pen riders ride through assigned pens daily and identify sick animals by observing outward signs of distress.
The main focus of this job is spotting, pulling, diagnosing and treating sick cattle.
This person will need to be willing and able to do all things in the feedlot. Needs to be a team player and someone who is wanting a long-term position. Reliable with strong communication skills and has the ability to work both independent and as a team.
