Dedicated, skilled, and experienced husband-and-wife team seeking a full-time, live-in opportunity on a private ranch or agricultural property. We bring a combined background in traditional ranch work, animal care, home and property maintenance, and non-traditional leadership roles, including military and security service. We are a bilingual (English/Spanish) Christian couple with a strong moral compass, family values, and a deep commitment to rural life.

Skills & Experience:
Ranch Hand / Property Management:
- Daily care of horses and livestock, including feeding, turnout, grooming, and health checks
- Fence building, repairs, and general land management
- Use and maintenance of equipment such as tractors, mowers, chainsaws, and power tools
- Snow removal, irrigation setup, pasture upkeep, and barn/stable cleaning
- Property upkeep including painting, staining, light electrical and plumbing, and groundskeeping
Veteran Leadership & Security:
- Former U.S. Marine with over 4 years of active-duty experience leading tactical operations and training teams
- Background in private security and emergency preparedness
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure, remote, or fast-paced environments
- Maintains a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and mission-first mindset
Hospitality & Housekeeping:
- Over a decade of combined experience in hospitality, guest services, and housekeeping
- Experienced in maintaining private homes, guest lodges, and ranch properties
- Skilled in cleaning, organization, and guest interaction for luxury or retreat-style ranches
