20+ years cooking experience for ranch, restaurant or resort. Mobile kitchen / chuck wagon, catering, cafeteria and family cooking exp. Plenty of management experience to include menu development, special diet menus, food safety and budgeting. I like to keep a clean kitchen and pride myself on the job I do and the company I work for.
Plenty of experience outside the kitchen… I have experience working with light electrical and plumbing, propane, solar, carpentry, drywall, (home remodeling in general).
15 years experience equipment (kitchen) repair / maintenance. Light and heavy vehicular maintenance, (cars / trucks / tractor), and small engine maintenance.
I have 2 years experience caring for horse and cattle, (feeding / special diet), cleaning stalls, branding, meds etc…).
In short… I'm a jack of all trades… and willing to learn a new. I have a good head on my shoulders, am a team player and willing to do what needs to be done.
I’m willing to relocate as well.
