Hello! We are passionately pursuing a long-term ranch/property caretaker opportunity. BJ and I both grew up on our family ranches in South Texas, so we know it’s a beautiful way of life. We respect the hard work and commitment, which is required to be good stewards of the land!
We are degreed, personable, presentable, and proven achievers with the highest level of integrity, organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Though we love children, we do not have any of our own.
We are seeking an opportunity with a family ranch that requires a dedicated couple to oversee and maintain their residences, property, livestock, wildlife, pets, and other assets during their absence. Upon the family’s return, all aspects will be well-maintained, prepared, cleaned and ready for their enjoyment.
- Honest, genuine, positive and effective communication skills
- Passionate about the country, wildlife and the outdoors
- Advanced computer skills and significant experience in managing budgets
- Maintaining facilities, homes, approval coordination to super clean standards
- Confident with wildlife, pets, livestock
- Enhanced experience with shotguns, rifles, ARs, pistols, scopes, optics and all ammunition
- Significant experience with vendor and contractor coordination
- Advanced ranch security and surveillance- Guardian Angel Certified- Firearms Safety Certification
- Clean backgrounds, non-smokers, no alcohol or drugs
