Hello! We are a healthy couple passionately pursuing a long-term ranch manager / property caretaker opportunity. We both grew up on our family ranches in South Texas, so we know it’s a beautiful way of life. We respect the hard work and commitment which is required to be good stewards of the land!

We are degreed, personable, presentable, and proven achievers with the highest level of integrity, organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Though we love children, we do not have any of our own.

We are seeking an opportunity with a family ranch that requires a dedicated couple to oversee and maintain their residences, property, livestock, wildlife, pets, and other assets during their absence. Owners can trust us to take care of the ranch needs with little oversight.

Honest, genuine, positive and effective communication skills
Passionate about the country, wildlife and the outdoors
Advanced computer skills and significant experience in managing budgets
Maintaining facilities, homes, approval coordination to super clean standards
Confident with wildlife, pets, livestock and horses
Experienced with Zero turns, mowers, chainsaws, weed eaters, feeders, blinds, tractor etc.
Enhanced experience with shotguns, rifles, ARs, pistols, scopes, optics and all ammunition
Significant experience with vendor and contractor coordination
Advanced ranch security and surveillance- Guardian Angel Certified- Firearms Safety

Certification

Clean backgrounds, non-smokers, no alcohol or drugs

We would like to live onsite for 24/7 security and with a family that values privacy. We would not be interested in VRBO ranches or large hospitality public events. We are committed to preserving the integrity, privacy and productivity of the property. We have recently completed 3 New World Screwworm workshops.
