Hard working but easy-going guy looking for entry level ranch hand job. I work well independently or on a team. Organized, efficient, punctual, and takes orders well. Limited knowledge of everyday operations but a very quick learner, motivated, willing to do whatever needs to get done to keep things moving along with your operation. I don't work well with folks that sit around on the job or don't pull their weight. I communicate with a handshake, make eye contact with others, and ain’t glued to a phone all day long.
Ideal position is one where I can interact with and learn from others with more experience on a daily basis. I enjoy rural living but will consider a job way out there or closer to town based on what's available. No physical limitations, can speak some Spanish (enough to be understood or get a point across).
From North Texas but would consider a position pretty much anywhere on the plains or mountain states (OK, KS, NE, SD, MT, WY, UT, CO, ID). I'd consider other locations if it seemed like a good fit. I believe in work ethic, respect for others and was raised with old-school, traditional values. I can work independently but do best when there's structure, hierarchy, and discipline – something you don't see enough of. I do my best to be a good person, an honest citizen, a dedicated worker, and the best man I can be every day. No drugs, references available, pay is negotiable depending on housing situation.
