My experience comes from 18 years on a farm I grew up on in southern Ohio raising crops and Hereford beef, then 6 years as a Navy Seabee operating and building construction. From there, I have become certified in the operation of heavy equipment from backhoes to scrappers to anything you can think of.
I have moved up in the construction industry over the years to a Superintendent and now have started my own business. The idea of working for honest people is why I am seeking employment from a ranch or farm. To me, the most honest and trustworthy people are farmers and ranchers.
