- General handyman capabilities to perform most duties- plus extensive contacts in the construction industry for items we can’t repair
- Arrange and supervise contractors, monitor time, work methods and understand repairs
- Ability to operate a variety of large and small equipment, quick to learn new skills in demand
- Critter control, identify, remove and prevent nuisance wildlife, rodent mitigation
- High standard of animal caretaking, experience with a variety of animals and livestock, animals are well-cared for with 25+years of small and large animal experiences
- Very comfortable with equine, administering medication, daily, specialized care and feeding, arrange vet care (contacts for vet and farrier needs)
- Proficient riding english and western
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, fencing repair
- Physically fit to perform job duties, use of ladders and tools
- Snow removal, weatherproofing- 30+years of high altitude Colorado winters
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-maintained vehicle maintenance, ranch equipment and personal vehicles
- Knowledge, skills and techniques (short growing season adaptation) to create and tend to organic gardens, flowerbeds and landscaping, tree care and removal
- Basic to deep cleaning interiors and ranch buildings, excellent organizational talent
- Ability to research and implement new and efficient ways of doing tasks
- Shuttling personal vehicles
