Couple experienced in ranch and estate property management seeking relocation to the mountains. Ideal locations include Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah.
We offer a two-person team with extensive experience working together to provide high-end property care and estate management for discerning principals. We bring 15 consecutive years of experience in live-on-site management of several-hundred-acre ranches, ensuring seamless operations while partially absent principals enjoy their private retreat without the burden of upkeep.
We are experienced in hiring and managing employees, fostering a team-oriented environment, and supporting the growth and development of staff skills. We are also familiar with working alongside family offices, vendor management, gathering bids, and conducting regular meetings with principals to execute design and operational goals that bring their vision to life.
Our key skills include:
- heavy equipment operation, specialized
- high value equine care and luxury barn management
- residential janitorial operations
- vehicle and mechanical maintenance
- snow removal
- land management (including noxious weed control, timber management, and large-scale prescribed burns).
We also handle seasonal maintenance tasks such as window cleaning, gutter maintenance, HVAC filter replacement, and general care for pets or livestock. While we are not seeking a cattle-focused position, we are open to discussing your needs.
Although we are not professional chefs, we are happy to stock your home with quality, farm-fresh products and prepare elegant charcuterie boards for your family when needed. We are highly versatile and approach every task with a strong work ethic, recognizing that no job is beneath us, while also understanding the importance of delegation in managing a high-quality estate.

We prefer a ranch with an equine focus and a welcoming environment for horses. We have no children, drama free, are non-smokers, drug-free, and nearly alcohol-free, with clear background and driving records. We are comfortable with mountain living and climate conditions. We are seeking a full-time, year-round, live-on-site position where we can provide the highest level of oversight and security.
