My background includes comprehensive oversight of daily ranch functions, equine care and logistics, staff management, scheduling, and operational efficiency. I am proficient in driving teams of horses, riding, driving and operating equipment, utilizing tools and machinery safely and effectively. Additional skills include fence building and repair, small tree and limb removal, mowing, as well as infrastructure upkeep.
I am comfortable working independently, making sound decisions, and maintaining high standards without constant oversight.
