I have 15+ years experience building various types of fence and have owned my own business for a little over 3 yrs. I am wanting to find a permanent position (with housing) that allows me to use my skills and offer stability that is sometimes hard to find with owning a small business not due to lack of work but mainly finding and keeping good help.
Or possibly a combination of ranches with 5-10 year contracts. I am married and have 2 sons, 15 and 12 that will be coming with me. My wife will be seeking employment elsewhere but is willing to take on some part-time duties as well.
