I am a dependable, experienced horsewoman seeking a long-term, live-in caretaking position on a family ranch or private estate. I bring over a decade of hands-on ranch and property caretaking experience, supported by a lifetime of equine knowledge and stewardship. My background includes the care of high-value and performance horses, livestock oversight, property maintenance, and trusted on-site presence for private landowners and family-owned properties.

Strengths & Experience:

• Daily equine care including feeding routines, health observation, conditioning, and general husbandry
• Experience with breeding programs, performance horses, and equine rehabilitation support
• Livestock and pet care with consistent schedules and attentive monitoring
• Property and facility upkeep including fencing, groundskeeping, seasonal maintenance, and organization
• Clear communication, record-keeping, scheduling, and administrative support
• Reliable, self-directed, detail-oriented; comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
