52-year-old reliable, self-motivated remote property caretaker and handyman with over 30 years of hands-on experience in construction, landscaping, and maintaining large rural and mountain properties. Currently serving as a full-time caretaker for a remote multi-cabin mountain property, responsible for maintenance, repairs, seasonal operations, and overall property stewardship.

Experience includes:

General property and building maintenance
Plumbing and PEX systems
Carpentry and general repairs
Water systems and infrastructure maintenance
Fencing and equipment operation
Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Brush clearing and downed tree removal
Storm cleanup and chainsaw work
Trail and grounds maintenance
