Experienced ranch and property management professional seeking a long-term opportunity managing a hunting ranch, guest ranch, cattle ranch, or private ranch property. I bring more than 20 years of hands-on ranch experience, including work on cattle and private guest ranches in Wyoming, along with 10 years of experience guiding wilderness pack trips and hunting trips throughout Wyoming’s backcountry.

My professional experience across ranching, construction, and other industries has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with ownership, contractors, vendors, and personnel, as well as manage and lead crews. I am experienced in coordinating and overseeing ranch operations, including buying and selling livestock and equipment, planning and completing infrastructure improvements, managing contractors, maintaining equipment and facilities, and handling day-to-day ranch responsibilities.

I am a hands-on manager who is comfortable working independently, leading personnel, solving problems, and taking responsibility for the overall care and operation of a property. I am known for being dependable, hardworking, trustworthy, and accountable, with a strong commitment to maintaining a ranch to a high standard, protecting the owner’s investment, and supporting the long-term stewardship of the land and livestock.
