Farm / Ranch Manager Couple Seeking a Place to Call Home
We are a hardworking husband-and-wife team seeking an opportunity to serve as Farm or Ranch Managers where we can dedicate our skills, hearts, and work ethic to caring for the land and helping a property thrive.
Originally from South Africa, we grew up with farming in our blood and a deep respect for the land, animals, and the rural way of life. Owning and managing a Game Farm and working close to nature has always been part of who we are. Sadly, due to the realities and violence affecting farmers in our country, we made the difficult decision to leave the farm life we loved behind and start a new chapter in the United States, seeking safety and opportunity for our family.
We are a family of four with two daughters aged 12 and 14, and our greatest wish is to once again raise them in the environment we know best — the countryside, where hard work, responsibility, and respect for nature are part of everyday life.
My husband has extensive hands-on experience in farm and ranch management, wildlife and game breeding operations, livestock care, fencing, equipment operation, land maintenance, 20 Plus years in the hunting industry and team leadership. He also has valuable experience in wildlife darting, relocation, and game management, making him well suited to ranches, hunting properties, and wildlife operations.
I bring strengths in administration, organization, hospitality, guest relations, and property management, helping ensure that the operational and hospitality side of a farm, ranch, or lodge runs smoothly and professionally.
Together we form a balanced team — strong in both hands-on ranch work and management responsibilities. We are known for being dependable, respectful, and deeply committed to the responsibilities entrusted to us.
South Africans are known for being resourceful, resilient, and incredibly hardworking, and we carry those values with us. We are not afraid of long days, tough conditions, or the many responsibilities that come with caring for land and animals.
More than just a job, we are looking for a place where we can invest our time, energy, and loyalty long-term — a place where we can help care for the land as if it were our own while building a safe future for our daughters.
