About Me:
I’m a hands-on, mechanically inclined ranch hand with a lifelong background in farming and a deep love for the outdoors. I started working on farms at just 8 years old and have been around equipment, livestock, and rural life ever since. I take pride in doing every job right and passing that same standard on to my sons.
To say I’m honest is an understatement—I couldn’t tell a lie even if I tried. The people who know me, and even folks who just meet me, would tell you I’m honest, respectful, and God-fearing. I’m looking for a ranch or property that values a life/hard work balance, loyalty, and integrity.
Skills & Experience:
✔️ Mechanic Work – Brakes, oil changes, spark plugs, wheel bearings, general vehicle and equipment repairs
✔️ Equipment Operation – Tractors, skid steers (can quickly re-familiarize), ATVs, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes
✔️ Ranch Work – Fencing, landscaping, weed control, fieldwork, animal checks, milking (past experience with 120-head herd)
✔️ Carpentry & Masonry – General repair and hands-on build knowledge
✔️ Chainsaw Use – Confident in cutting, clearing, and maintaining wooded areas
✔️ Manual Driving – Proficient in stick shift vehicles
Outdoor Passion & Hunting Background:
🎯 A passionate lifelong hunter with a solid understanding of wildlife behavior, movement, and habitat
🎯 Never led hunting trips but eager to learn and be trained as a hunting guide
🎯 Confident in solo hunting, tracking, and setting up for different species

⚠️ Not suited for paperwork, administrative, or desk responsibilities
⚠️ Can handle electrical/plumbing tasks but prefers to focus on equipment and outdoor work
⚠️ Prefers a good work/ life balance to enjoy peaceful moments off the clock
Family & Relocation:
👨👦 I have two sons, that may potentially be coming with me.
🏡 Will need on-site housing, and a work pick-up truck
I’m now 40 years old and looking for a long-term position on a ranch or hunting/fishing property where I can pour in my work ethic, practical skills, and passion for the land. Ideally, I hope to find a place where I can grow with the owners, help maintain and build it, and one day earn the opportunity to inherit or carry forward the property when the time comes.
