We are Brad and Karen T.,(Brad a veteran) an energetic couple. We are health minded, non smoking, enjoy working out at the gym (a gym close by is a big plus) and enjoy working outdoors. Our home is a 2003 42-foot Monaco Dynasty diesel pusher, with 1500 watt solar power, and we tow a 25 foot Haulmark car hauler, which houses our 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser and also serves as a workshop.
Brad has 30 years experience as a toolmaker, Machine builder, welder, and fabricator and able to build or repair most anything. Problem solving is his strong point and tends to be a bit fussy about how things are done and the finished look. Also able to do light electrical, carpentry and plumbing. Since being on the road 17 years as full-time RVers, Brad has learned the solar field so as to install solar on our RV.
Karen enjoys gardening, writing and has office skills. She has taken reservations on Hercules and Astra at several campgrounds and has good interpersonal skills both with customers and co-workers. She worked as head gardener for three summers at a private recreation area. Karen also speaks Spanish and has taught yoga for years at our winter location.
We believe in taking care of other people’s property as we would our own and take great care to learn what are the needs and desires of our employer, how to do the job right, and offer suggestions for making improvements if welcomed.
We have spent a season on a 6,000 acre ranch in Arizona maintaining the landscaping, gardening and caring for animals including 150 head of cattle, chickens and horses.
We work with integrity the old fashioned way.
We are looking for a full-time part-time year round position working around 30-35 hrs a week.
If you have a private facility like a property with a number of camps as a private family place that needs watching over and maintenance work then we are for you.

Would like a place that offers housing so we can sell our rv, housing in cold climates is ok as long as it is insulated which would open possibilities most any place.
We prefer private places and with those that are anti-vaxers and will not bow to the pressures of the establishment.
