Husband and wife team, without children, seeking to live on a ranch to work as caretakers, hospitality, property maintenance, chef and gardener.
We both have lived on ranches or estates up to 50 acres throughout our lives. Maintaining them to our meticulous standards of cleanliness, neatness and pride. In doing so, all the establishments were successful, beautiful and profitable.
We have experience in owning a restaurant-café, nightclub and motel/apartment complex. Which included management of staff, vendors, operation, maintenance and ordering. This also encompassed catering, parties, weekly entertainment.
Both of us have 40+ years of professional horse experience. We have had several facilities with barns, ponds, pastures, fields growing alfalfa, grass hay. All types of irrigation, pumps, hand lines, wheel lines, flood and their maintenance. Fences, houses, arenas indoor/outdoor, electricity, plumbing, wells, rodent control, weed abatement, manure and barn management.
We raised, bred and showed World Champion bred Paint and Quarter horses along with clients and their horses to numerous State, Regional and Zone Titles or Championships.
Both of us are familiar with all types of horticulture, gardening, timed and drip irrigation. Indoor and outdoor, plants, vegetables, flowers. This includes our own late model John Deere tractor with implements and trailer.
