My wife and I are searching for a ranch, seeking an experienced Ranch Manager & or Couple along with a great family who love the ranching way of life. My wife has helped me over the years on many of the ranches that I have managed. She has also cooked many meals for the cowboys as well as hunters. She loves to feed people with a good home-cooked meal!
As for myself, I have been on many places and worked on many different ranches the past 25 years and I have learned many things that work and or things that do not work. My extensive experience is the best education I have, and I feel confident enough to say I am capable enough to run large-scale operations or strictly focus on bettering your program whether that be cattle related or wildlife management or both! I am well seasoned, organized, clean, and believe that clear communication is key.
