I have a bachelors degree in range and wildlife management, experience in working on hunting ranches dating back to 2017, and am currently in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. I am looking to return to ranch work, and looking to join a ranch team, under the leadership of a ranch manager, on a ranch in the state of Texas. Anywhere in Texas will do, but my experience is in South Texas and San Antonio.
I am currently in the Marine Corps reserves, and as such, will need to take a weekend off 8 or 9 months out of the year to go to drill, and will need two weeks off in the summer for annual training.
Please note: I am looking to be a ranch hand, not a ranch manager. I have been out of practice for a while, and am looking for a team that’s willing to work with me in getting back into ranch work. That’s why I’m not looking for more than $30k.
