Mature, stable, married couple with extensive experience in guest services and vacation rental properties seeking a position using these skills in a ranch or resort environment. We have solid work histories, and together bring a great depth of experience in many areas. We currently are owner/operators of vacation rental properties in historic downtown Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to this, we work as seasonal horseback wranglers for a local tour company.
In addition to this, husband has been working for the past 15 years in the computer services area as an IS Manager. Prior to this career, he owned a business specializing in home remodeling and renovation and has excellent property maintenance knowledge. He also spent a number of years managing restaurant and hotel staff.
The wife worked for many years as a events specialist, managing local events for charity. She now works managing guest calendars, reservations, housecleaning, and guest services for their vacation rental property. She has barn management and equine experience.
We are at a point in our lives where we would consider relocating for the right position. We have a passion for making vacation experiences great for guests, and have always had a passion and love for horses. You will find us extremely reliable with solid job histories and outstanding references. Any position we would accept would require paid housing and utilities. We have no minor children to bring along with us, but we do have two small well-behaved dogs.
