Retired law enforcement / military veteran seeks small ranch house/cottage. In exchange for rent or reduced rent will offer caretaker and handyman duties.
Preferred location would be in Nevada, Arizona or California … cattle or horse property. Semi remote is fine as long as there is road access during the winter and rainy seasons.
Willing to pay own utilities and have my own vehicle.
Have experience working with horses and some cattle experience.

- Basic carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Basic animal husbandry and care
- House cleaning
- Stable cleaning
- Yard work
- Can operate farm equipment
Follows directions well, self-starter, and works well alone or with others. Responsible and dependable.
Enjoys living in the country, being around animals to include dogs
