With more than 30 years of experience, I offer a proven background in estate management, ranch operations, vineyard facilities, and agricultural property stewardship. I am currently employed as Estate & Facilities Manager at Troon Vineyard & Farm, one of the world’s only Demeter Biodynamic and Regenerative Organic Gold Certified vineyards and farms in Oregon’s Applegate Valley.
I manage the daily operations and facilities of a diverse 100-acre property that includes vineyards, orchards, livestock, hospitality facilities, residential buildings, and agricultural infrastructure. My responsibilities include overseeing maintenance of three residential homes, the winery, tasting room, and solar barn; maintaining irrigation systems, roads, fencing, equipment, and property infrastructure; operating tractors, forklifts, skid steers, excavators, and specialized agricultural equipment; and performing construction, carpentry, plumbing, preventative maintenance, and electric vehicle maintenance.
I also oversee the care and management of livestock guardian dogs, a herd of sheep, and egg-producing chickens while supporting regenerative farming operations and collaborating with vineyard, hospitality, cellar, and agricultural teams.
Prior to Troon Vineyard, I owned and operated a working ranch in Southern Oregon while providing professional estate caretaker services. My background also includes managing a private horse ranch in Montana and serving as General Manager of a premier waterfront restaurant where I supervised more than 100 employees.
