POSITION WANTED: EXPERIENCED RANCH & ESTATE MANAGEMENT TEAM
We are an experienced ranch and estate management team seeking a full-time, year-round opportunity with a private ranch, equestrian property, agricultural estate, vineyard, or diversified livestock operation.
We bring approximately 25+ years of experience working together on high-end ranch properties in Colorado, Montana, and Oregon. We currently co-operate a 10-acre working ranch in Southern Oregon supporting cattle, horses, hay, orchards, irrigation, fencing, equipment, and land improvements.
WADE A. – RANCH, ESTATE & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Wade’s experience includes:
- Ranch, vineyard, and rural estate operations
- Tractors, skid steers, forklifts, excavators, and farm equipment
- Irrigation, fencing, roads, grounds, and infrastructure
- Construction, carpentry, plumbing, and preventive maintenance
- Livestock care, fire mitigation, and vendor coordination
He currently supports daily operations at a 100-acre certified biodynamic and regenerative vineyard and farm.
COLLEEN C. – EQUINE, ANIMAL CARE & ADMINISTRATION
Colleen holds degrees in Horse Husbandry and Equine Science and Sociology. Her experience includes:
- Equine, livestock, and companion-animal care
- Veterinary coordination and recordkeeping
- Ranch administration, banking, payroll, and legal filings
- Staff, volunteer, contractor, and vendor coordination
- Owner communication, guest services, and hospitality
As Director of Animal Care and Community Programs for a nonprofit care farm, Colleen directed operations involving more than 100 companion and farm animals.
Together, we offer hands-on ranch operations, animal care, property maintenance, administrative management, and professional owner service. We are dependable, discreet, safety-minded, resourceful, and accustomed to maintaining high standards on private rural properties.
We are open to live-on-site or off-site ranch management, estate caretaker, and equestrian property opportunities. Compensation, housing, and location are negotiable.
