Married couple looking to relocate to Texas.

We are currently living full time on the road in an RV and have been staying at a friends hunting ranch for the past two plus months in southwest Texas. The lifestyle appeals to both of us and have learned quite a bit about deer management, predator control, maintenance, and have a desire to learn more.

I am retired law enforcement with 30 yrs experience, a retired Bail Commissioner for the State of Maine Judicial Branch, and a former hunter safety instructor for the Maine Warden Service. Additionally I possess a class A drivers license, was formally a licensed Maine arborist and motor vehicle inspection mechanic for cars and heavy trucks.

I am also experienced in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing having built several houses as well as my own related projects. I owned a lawn care business and experienced in zero turn mowers, utility size tractors, as well as related power equipment and PM of same. With respect to welding, my only experience is cutting metal. Not to say I can’t learn it!

My wife is retired from a 30 year banking career and well experienced in customer service and is detailed oriented. Additionally she has also spent time in the hospitality field and is knowledgeable with reservation and concierges service. She is more than willing to roll up her sleeves and take on any assignments required.

Both of us are experienced ATV and UTV operators having logged thousands of miles riding. We are also non-smokers.

Prefer a ranch with a cabin for us and our dog with a place to park our travel trailer on site. Hook ups would be a plus.
