Looking for a ranch hand work or job in or around southern Arizona. Most recently, I spent the last year and a half working on a cattle/goat operation in the Sulphur Springs Valley. I also had side gigs working nearby horse ranches. While my ranch skills are general, I have experience in fencing, welding, livestock care (cattle, goats, horses, chickens, pigs), tractor operating, basic construction, small-scale crop management, and limited mechanical work. While not part of my daily work, I have basic horsemanship skills and working knowledge. Ideally, I would like to build upon all my skills, in particular cattle work and riding. Additionally, I am a hunter and certified trapper in the state of Arizona and I specialize in coyote management for ranchers and farmers in the area. While I would strongly prefer to remain in southern Arizona, I would be open to opportunities in other areas of Arizona and Texas.

Prior to my current position, I worked in the marketing field. I am a college graduate and I spent 10+ years working in the Washington, D.C area before moving to Arizona. Growing up, I worked on a farm which helped me realize my passion for this type of work and lead me to step out of marketing and into ranching.

I do have one pet, a hunting hound, that is currently being groomed to work as a coyote dog.

I will need a job opportunity that can provide housing but I am flexible on pay. I am a hard worker, fast learner and driven to succeed. My ultimate goal is to buy property in the Sulphur Springs Valley and homestead. References and resume available upon request.
